In addition to adding the year 1945, I have uploaded the entire document, "Chronologically Lewis," which shows what Lewis was doing on any given day for which we have data on any part of his life. My main reason for posting this is to advance the study of Lewis. This will happen only if, as you see errors or omissions, you send me information that will enable me to update the document.
